Psychology Department Graduating Seniors Exit Survey

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us evaluate the undergraduate psychology program at Sonoma State University. A team of psychology students and faculty created and regularly review these questions in an effort to capture students' undergraduate experiences and expectations. Your participation is very important and we would like you to respond thoughtfully and candidly. However, your participation is voluntary. The questionnaires will be kept completely anonymous and confidential.

It typically takes students approximately 20 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your decision whether or not to participate will not prejudice your current or future relations with Sonoma State University. You are free to withdraw from this study at any time without prejudice or penalty. If you wish to withdraw, simply stop completing the questions. After the questionnaire, you will have the opportunity to participate in a second questionnaire which will allow you to enter your class information to receive extra credit if it was offered by your instructor.

If you would like to talk to anyone about any personal issues or concerns, you can contact the SSU counseling center (CAPS) directly at 707-664-2153.
